Subject: Modification of SION E-121.

In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 1.03 of Foreign Trade Policy, 2023, as amended from time to time, the Director General of Foreign Trade makes the following amendment in SION E-121:

*Note: At the time of import, following conditions are to be met for item at S.No 1

Range

1. FFA.........................................................0.5 to 1.25%
2. Phosphorus..............................................100 to 300 ppm
3. Moisture...................................................0.075 to 0.30%
4. Insoluble volatiles.......................................0.10 to 0.15%

Effect to this Public Notice: Standard Input Output Norm (SION) E-121 for export of Refined Soyabean Oil (edible grade) has been amended with revised import entitlements.
