Subject: Amendment in Export
policy of De-Oiled Rice Bran.
S.O. (E). — In exercise of powers conferred by
Section 3 read with
section 5 of
the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act. 1992 (No. 22 of 1992), as
amended, read with Para 1.02 and
2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-20, the
Central Government hereby makes following amendment in
Chapter 23 of the
Schedule -2 of ITC HS export policy related to export policy of De-Oiled Rice
Bran:

However, export of De-Oiled Rice Bran under ITC HS code 2306 and under any other HS code is prohibited till 30.11.2023. |
2. Effect of the
Notification:
Export policy of De-Oiled Rice Bran is amended from 'Free' to 'Prohibited' with
immediate effect upto 30.11.2023.
