Subject: - Amendments in Paras 4.73 (19) of Handbook of Procedures 2023.

In exercise of the powers conferred under paragraph 1.03 & 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP), 2023, as amended from time to time, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendment with immediate effect.

2. The amendments in Para 4.73 (19) of HBP-2023 is as under:

Effect of this Public Notice: The suffix of the GIA Laboratory, DMCC, Dubai, UAE listed at S.No.19 of Para 4.73 of the HBoP-2023 has been changed from "DMCC" to "FZCO".
