Subject :- Allowing Export of 50,000 MT of Organic Sugar per financial year - regarding.
S.O. (E) In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 read with Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992), as amended, read with Para 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2023, the Central Government, in partial modification of Notification No. 36/2023 dated 18.10.2023, hereby allows the export of Organic Sugar under HS Codes 17011490 and 17019990 with immediate effect subject to following revised policy condition:

Effect of this Notification:
Export of organic sugar under HS Codes 17011490 and 17019990 is allowed, subject to an overall ceiling of 50,000 MT per financial year as per the procedure prescribed in terms of FTP, 2023 from time to time and as per the modalities prescribed by APEDA separately.
