THE FOREIGN TRADE (DEVELOPMENT AND REGULATION) ACT, 1992

An Act to provide for the development and regulation of foreign trade by facilitating imports into, and augmenting exports from, India and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.

 

Be it enacted by Parliament in the Forty-third Year of the Republic of India as follows :-
