Section ¹[11B. Empowering  Settlement  Commission for regularisation of export obligation default.-

Settlement of customs duty and interest thereon as ordered by the Settlement Commission as constituted under section 32 of the Central Excise Act, 1944, shall be deemed to be a settlement under this Act.]
