Conditions

1. If the importer follows the procedure set out in the Customs (Import of Goods at Concessional Rate of Duty) Rules, 2017. (Vide:- Notification No.50/2017-Condition No- 9)

2. If the importer produces a certificate of the Reference Standard and copies of documents to substantiate that the organization or institution from where the Reference Standard has been imported is approved by the World Health Organisation or International Organisation for Standards. (Vide:- Notification No.50/2017-Condition No- 18)
