Special Economic Zones Act, 2005

47. Authorities responsible for administration.- Any authority which, has been conferred upon any power, or, is, required discharging any function under any Central or State Act, may, subject to the provisions of this Act, exercise such powers or discharge such function in any Special Economic Zone under that Act.
