S.O. 537(E), dated 1-6-2000 - In exercise of the powers conferred under the proviso to sub-section (1) of section 19 of the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 (42 of 1999), the Central Government hereby notifies the Deputy Director of the Directorate of Enforcement of the concerned Zone to accept the deposit of such penalty as imposed by the Adjudicating Authorities or the Special Director (Appeals) under the provisions of the Act.
