S.O. 531(E), dated 1-6-2000 - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18 of the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 (42 of 1999), the Central Government hereby establishes, with immediate effect, the Appellate Tribunal for Foreign Exchange at New Delhi.
