S.O. 1155(E), dated 26-12-2000 - In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of section 16 of the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 (42 of 1999), the Central Government hereby appoints the officers mentioned in column No. 2 of the Table below as adjudicating authorities to hold an inquiry for the purpose of adj udication in respect of contraventions of sections 6(3)(g) and 7(l)(a) of the said Act and their jurisdictions as mentioned in column No. 3 of the said Table :—
