10. Cancellation of a ¹[licence, certificate, scrip or any instrument bestowing financial or fiscal benefits] ^[helldodold[licence]^helldod]-

The Director General or the licensing authority may by an order in writing cancel any ¹[licence, certificate, scrip or any instrument bestowing financial or fiscal benefits] ^[helldodold[licence]^helldod] granted under these rules

(a) the ¹[licence, certificate, scrip or any instrument bestowing financial or fiscal benefits] ^[helldodold[licence]^helldod] has been obtained by fraud, suppression of facts or misrepresentation; or

(b) the ¹[licensee or transferee] ^[helldodold[licensee]^helldod] has committed a breach of any of the conditions of the ¹[licence, certificate, scrip or any instrument bestowing financial or fiscal benefits] ^[helldodold[licence]^helldod]; or

(c) the ¹[licensee or transferee] ^[helldodold[licensee]^helldod] has tampered with the ¹[licence, certificate, scrip or any instrument bestowing financial or fiscal benefits] ^[helldodold[licence]^helldod] in any manner; or

(d) the ¹[licensee or transferee] ^[helldodold[licensee]^helldod] has contravened any law relating to customs or foreign exchange or the rules and regulations relating thereto.
