Subject: Applications for allocation of Tariff Rate Quota(TRQ) under India - Mauritius CECPA for the year 2021-22.

S.O(E): In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 1.03 and 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-20 and in continuation of Public Notice no. 23/2015-20 dated 7^th September, 2021 regarding procedure for import of items under Tariff Rate Quota (TRQ) under India -Mauritius CECPA, the Directorate General of Foreign Trade hereby relaxes condition (ii) (f) of Annexure-III to Appendix-2A by inviting applications for grant of import authorization only for the current financial year 2021-22 , latest by 31^st October, 2021, with other modalities remaining the same.

2. The given TRQ applications are to be submitted online as per the extant procedure notified vide DGFT Trade Notice 40/202-21 dated 4^th February 2021.

3. Effect of this Public Notice: Applications are invited for allocation of Tariff Rate Quota(TRQ) under India-Mauritius CECPA for the year 2021-22. The last date for application shall be ¹[31^st December 2021] ^old[31.10.2021].
