PUBLIC  NOTICE No. 37/2015-2020

Subject: Extension of validity of Pre-shipment Inspection Agencies (PSIAs)

In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.04 of die foreign Trade Policy (2015-20). die Director General of foreign Trade in relaxation of the provision as in Para 2.55 (d) of the Handbook of Procedure. 2015-20. notifies as under:-

The validity of recognition of the Pre-shipment Inspection Agencies (PSIAs) included in the Appendix 2G of Appendices and Aayat Niryat forms (A&ANF) of foreign Trade Policy (2015-20) whose valid is extended validity is up to 30.12.2019 is extended up to 31.12.2019.

Effect of this Public Notice: Validity of the Pre-shipment Inspection Agencies (PSIAs) as listed in the Appendix 2G of A&ANF, whose validity expires between 30.9.2019 and 30.12.2019 is extended up to 31.12.2019.
