Public Notice No. 50 (RE-2006)/2004-09 Dated 31-8-2006
Amendments/ deletions/ corrections/ additions in SION related to CHEMICALS AND ALLIED PRODUCTS
In
exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the
Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-09 and Paragraph 1.1 of Handbook of
Procedures (Vol.1), the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the
following amendments in the Handbook of Procedures, Vol.2, 2004-2009 ( as
amended from time to time).
In the statement of Standard Input Output Norms as contained in the Handbook of Procedures, (Vol.2) 2004-2009, the amendments/ deletions/ corrections/ additions are made at appropriate places as mentioned in Annexure “A” to this Public Notice
In
the statement of Standard Input Output Norms, following additions shall be made

Note

Note

to be allowed only to manufacturers not having Argon Oxygen Decarburisation (AOD)
and Vacuum Oxygen decarburization (VOD) . However, this input may be allowed @
