Telescopic
sights
or
other
optical
devices
suitable
for
use
with
arms,
unless
mounted
on
a
firearm
or
presented
with
the
firearm
on
which
they
are
designed
to
be
mounted

(e)
Bows,
arrows,
fencing
foils
or
toys
