CUSTOM TARIFF
Agricultural products � Tariff values for levying Cess.
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Agricultural Produce Cess Act, 1940 (27 of 1940) hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government hereby fixes, for the purposes of levying the customs duty, the tariff value specified in column 4 of the Table given below as the tariff value of the articles specified in the corresponding entry in column 2 of the said Table (being articles included in the Schedule to the said Act), in respect of the unit specified in column 3 of the said Table.
