SPECIAL ADDITIONAL DUTY 

Tariff Description Rate of Additional Duty

Any article which is imported into India

Rate of Special Additional Duty shall be levied at the rate to be notified by the Central Government and until such rates are prescribed, the special additional duty at the rate of Eight Percent.
