Customs Tariff (Determination Of Origin Of Other Preferential Areas) Rules, 1977

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 4 of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Department of Revenue and Banking No. 351-Customs, dated the 2nd August, 1976, the Central Government hereby makes the following rules,
