Customs Tariff (Identification and Assessment of Safeguard Duty) Rules, 1997
Rule 1. Short title and commencement
(i) These rules may be called the Customs Tariff (Identification and Assessment of Safeguard 1[Measures] [helldodold[Duty]helldod]) Rules, 1997.
(ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official gazette.
