1[Rule 19. Notification and consultation
(1) The Central Government shall notify to the WTO of all actions required under the WTO Agreement on Safeguards.
(2) Before imposition of a safegaurd measure, an opportunity to hold consultations with the members of the WTO having substantial interest as exporters of the product concerned, shall be provided].
