Rule 1. Short title and commencement

¹[(1) These rules may be called the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Countervailing Duty on Subsidised Articles and for Determination of Injury) Amendment Rules, 2020.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.]
