Regulation 5. Grant of licence

Upon fulfilment of the conditions specified in the regulation 3 and regulation 4, the Principal Commissioner of Customs or Commissioner of Customs, as the case may be, may grant a licence in respect of the private warehouse subject to such conditions as deemed necessary.
