Regulation 3. Form of bill of entry and shipping bill

The bill of entry or the shipping bill to be presented by an importer or an exporter of any goods for import or export under the agreement between the India-Taipei Association in Taipei and the Taipei Economic and Cultural Center in India on the FICCI/TAITRA Carnet for the temporary admission of Goods signed on 20th March, 2013 and reproduced in Appendix-1 shall be in the form in Appendix-2 or Appendix-3 to these regulations.
