Customs Baggage Declaration Regulations, 2013

Regulation 2. Extent of application

These regulations shall apply to baggage including any package comprised therein of the ²[All passengers who come to India and have anything to declare or are carrying dutiable or prohibited goods] ^[helldodold[passengers coming to India]^helldod]. These regulations will come into effect w.e.f. ¹[1st March, 2014] ^[helldodold[1st January, 2014]^helldod]
