Notification No. 130/2008-Cus Dated 7/12/2008

Amendment in Notification No. 79/2008-Cus Dated 13/6/2008 - regarding - Exemption on iron ores and concentrates, all sorts.-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the Notification No. 79/2008-Customs, dated the 13th June, 2008, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide number G.S.R. 458(E), namely :-

In the said notification, for the figures and words “15% ad valorem”, the figures and words “5% ad valorem” shall be substituted.
