Notification No. 33/2007-Cus Dated 1/3/2007

Amendment in the Notification No. 27/2004-Cus-G.S.R. (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 27/2004-Customs, dated the 23^rd January, 2004 which was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, vide number G.S.R.74(E) of the same date, namely:-

        In the said notification, in the table,

         (i) S.No. 5 to S.No. 16 (both inclusive) and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted;

        (ii) S.No. 25 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted.
