Regarding Interest on delayed refund of amount deposited under the proviso to section 129E - GSR…(E) In exercise of powers conferred by section 129EE of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby fixes the rate of interest at six percent per annum for the purpose of the said Section.
