Supersession in Notification No.78/2013-Cus (NT) Dated 19/72013- G.S.R. No. (E) – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of Rule 3 of the Customs Tariff (Identification and Assessment of Safeguard Duty) Rules, 1997 and in supersession of notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No.78/2013-Customs (N.T.) issued vide G.S.R. No. 496 (E) dated the 19thJuly, 2013, the Central Government hereby appoints Sh. R.K Singla as the Director General (Safeguard) for the purposes of the said Rules.
