127N. Application of certain provisions of Central Excise Act. -  

The provisions of Chapter V of the Central Excise Act, 1944 (1 of 1944) in so far as it is not inconsistent with the provisions of this Chapter shall apply in relation to the proceedings before the Settlement Commission under this Chapter.
