CHAPTER V 

OFFENCES AND PENALTIES

SECTION 29.- Penalty for quoting or publishing, etc, of non-standard units.- Whoever violates section 1 1 shall be punished with fine which may extend to ten thousand rupees and, for the second or subsequent offence, with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year, or with fine, or with both.
