Rule 14. Transition period

The right to apply a bilateral safeguard measure on a originating good shall be within the transition period for that originating good which shall begin from the date of entry into force of the Trade Agreement till ten years from the date of completion of tariff elimination or completion of tariff reduction, as the case may be for that originating good.
