Exemption under Notification No. 60/88-C.E. - The Supreme Court admitted the Civil Appeal No. 3832 of 2000 against the CEGAT Order No. 119/2000, dated 11-4-2000 regarding the issue whether exemption under Notification No. 60/88-C.E.can be granted to the quantities of newsprint for publication of newspaper on certification to this effect by the Registrar of Newsprint for India.
